These are really comfortable and durable. Will definitely keep your feet warm if you need it, and travel outside well. Love them. Would recommend as slippers or slip-on shoes.

I was a bit uncertain when ordering these because of finding only the single positive review at the time. But now that they've arrived, I am very pleased. The slippers have a durable soft rubber sole, a thick insert with little "nibs" that makes every step feel like you're getting a little foot massage, and a durable warm outer made of brushed wool. Really well made and comfortable. I ordered the same size as my tennis shoes, and they fit perfectly.

Definitely recommended!

I've gone through quite a few slippers over the years, most of them the Christmas time department store variety. You know the type, memory foam or some other eye catcher on the box, quite possibly Isotoner, 4 styles all the same price and you can't find them anywhere the rest of the year. I never really like these much for a variety of reasons: the main reason is that the material is typically synthetic so they don't breath - at all - and if they have the memory foam bottom they hold heat as well; second I've had a couple pair with a horribly uncomfortable plastic sole which at first you don't notice but walk around or stand on them for a while and they actually start to hurt; lastly, every one of them were constructed like crap and would fall apart before the first season of wearing them.

Once again this year I got a pair of the above described slippers for Christmas and while they were comfortable they were far too hot and the stitching was coming apart after 3 days. These Simple Shuf slip ons showed up in a gold box offer a couple days after I returned the other slippers. At normal retail these are really pricey and the reviews weren't that great but for the gold box price I thought - what the heck. Am I ever glad I did. I ordered my normal shoe size, 11, and while they were a bit snug at first they've now stretched and fit perfectly. I love the nubbed insole and the cork midsole is much more comfortable than I thought it would be. They breathe really well so even if you keep them on under a blanket while watching TV or something my feet don't get too hot and sweaty which means they don't smell as bad as all my others one did if I wear them without socks. The wool is thick and rugged. The sole isn't sticky but is certainly not slippery either, provides good traction on carpet or hardwood. I'm a big fan and would buy them again for sure!
