Fried Wonton skin with Ice Cream? Noodle Pudding recipes? Cheese Fritters which is crab rangoon? Noodles with Asparagus and Saffron sauce? and many more disappointing idea.
First of all, I am looking for some authentic recipes. Found none. I should have just donated this book to library. It is one of the worse book someone can ever write. Author seems to have no idea of what to cook and throw own creativity into wok, pot, and pan. I will never buy anything this person write again. Those southeast asian countries don't have ricotta, fontina or parmesaen cheese in their cooking. So misled.. just terrible. |
