One thing about being a healthy eater and eating a lot of veggies: it takes a lot of will power to eat them plain, steamed or boiled without any accompanying taste enhancers. I've always been interested in how restaurants can make veggies taste so much better than I can. Now I know how to match their taste enhancements: sauces!

But this nice book has more than just sauces for veggies: it has sauces for meats, desserts, even, (get ready for it) spaghetti and pasta! Rounding our the book are salad dressings 9sauses for lettuce), BBQ sauces, and marinades.

It was worth the price to me.
