Eating is one of life's great pleasures and I want you to enjoy eating every time you eat. Hunger is the body's way of telling us we need food and this is a critical protection function of our natural system. You will never go hungry using my specially designed and developed techniques. On a personal battle, four ago I was very heavy and decided to lose weight. I wanted to do it my way and never be hungry, eat what I wanted - when I wanted, feel good about myself and not diet or deprive myself. I spent ages researching every method out there. Of course there are only two ways....eat less and/or exercise more.....oh, and of course, surgery.......but how to achieve any of these without any pain? After all I had never eaten anything accidentally :-) I designed a method with far more options than I would ever need and set off. I found that out of the 30 odd activities I had identified, over the next 6 months I dipped in and out of all of the, some more than others. On average I used between 6 and 12 ideas a day. Some took 5 seconds and some 30 minutes but a clear central core of things emerged. Long story short...18 months later and 4 stone lighter I wrote and published "Simple Secrets to Easy Weight Loss".
