Format: Kindle Edition
What I liked about this book was its somewhat untraditional approach. Reduce stomach without surgery and you will lose weight and look great. There are specific techniques to do that. By following these, I do feel less hungry and eat less. Those who are looking for long term solution may benefit from this book. However, I did not care about the Tables and science behind the techniques; but others may find it useful.

interesting concepts with regard to breathing, a little of the science was off but for the most part on target, it has not yet worked for me even though I have been doing it for 2 weeks

Some of the ancient eating and exercising habits had kept people healthier for centuries. It is only through fast adaptation to processed foods the obesity is not the rise. This book is a good help to understand how people can go to basics and become healthy. Does not mean one has to discard every new thing but just have to keep some basics in mind.
