Pain no longer controls my life!,

I have suffered from back pain for the past 4 years after being injured in a car accident. I have tried everything from pain meds to acupuncture, even hypnosis. My doctor recommended this book and it really helped. If you follow the advice on a daily basis, you learn to control your pain-it no longer controls you. I'm not letting my back pain interfere with the quality of the rest of my life!

Hard to find CRPS/RSD books...,

If you live with chronic pain, CRPS/RSD it is just an ok book. Just hard to find very many good books about it. This mentions them.

Sounds like a really good book, but it turns out to be an intense exercise book. I haven't been able to get into it.
