It's true that the small things in life can make a really big difference in the long run, and never more true that when it comes to dieting. This book is full of really useful tips that can be incorporated into your daily life to ensure that not only are you are helped to lose weight, but more importantly, you are helped to keep it off. I am in the middle of a diet myself, but just know that what happens at the 'end' of the diet is the bit that you have to get right, to avoid the dreaded 'yo yo.'

How refreshing to read a book which doesn't over-complicate weight loss. This book is a collection of tips and ideas for how you can reduce your calorie intake without resorting to a restrictive diet, and how you can build exercise into your everyday life. There's no pretence about it - you don't have to follow all 101 tips, just choose what works for you. Straight-forward, common-sense and very motivating.

Losing weight is never easy but this book gives some great and simple ideas on how to begin your weight loss journey as well as how to keep the motivation going. I was pleased by the number system as I could flick between numbers and pick out the things that interested me. A handy book to help change your life.
