This is AMAZING! I have the Medela Pump in Style backpack and I pump regularly (6-7 times per day). I am a working mom who can ony breastfeed my baby at night or on the weekends. This product has literally changed my life. I am able to pump HANDS-FREE, which lets me actually get things done while I'm pumping. Before, I would sit on my bed, or at my desk, holding the bottles and flanges, and pump for 10-20 minutes, depending on how many letdowns I had. Now, I'm able to zip the bra up with the flanges and bottles attached and actually do things (like work while I'm at work). The best thing for me has been that I am able to dry my hair and/or apply my makeup while I am pumping in the mornings. I bring the pump into the bathroom and put it on the counter, hook myself up, and then proceed to apply my makeup and/or dry my hair while I am pumping. This allows me to get an extra 15-20 minutes of sleep, which is beyond necessary when you're getting up twice a night to feed your baby and then working a 10 hour day. I cannot say enough about how amazing this bra is. I can't believe I wasted 3 months pumping without it! I have already bought two more as gifts for my friends!

The Simple Wishes bustier is the best thing ever. My lactation consultant recommended it and I'm so glad I followed her advice. My baby never latched properly, so I pump exclusively. I use the Medela Freestyle pump, and that and the Simple Wishes bustier make pumping so much easier.

I'm a D-DD, and the other popular bustier I tried just didn't offer nearly enough support. Plus you had to take the breast shields apart from the bottles, slide them into place from the inside of the bustier, and then reattach everything in order to use the bustier. Removing the pumping apparatus from the bustier when done pumping was often very messy.

I've been using the Simple Wishes bustier for four months now and it makes my life so much easier. Its design is genius--very adjustable so I always have a great fit and my pumping apparatus is locked in place. The extra flaps that keep the breast shields in place are so much more effective than the simple hole-in-a- sports-bra model of other bustiers. Plus with the Simple Wishes bustier, you can attach everything from the front of the bustier, so there is no need for the extra muss and fuss of taking things apart and working from the inside out. There is no way I could pump for as long as and as often as I do without this. I quickly ordered two of the Simple Wishes bustiers so I would always have a clean one ready to go.

I was nervous about buying this, because I am plus sized and large chested (44F), but this works great! And there is still plenty of room to go larger. It has optional straps, but I don't use them, as I only use this to pump, and not to wear all day. Which I wouldn't recommend unless you wear really heavy shirts, as the "panels" on the front to hold the pump definitely show though a shirt. But this works great to be able to pump hands free. I actually regret not buying one sooner (again, I was worried that it wouldn't really fit), because it was a pain to try to hold the flanges in place and not leak everywhere! I highly recommend this pumping bra!

This is a must have for anyone who pumps more than once a day. As an exclusive pumper, this has been a lifesaver for me. I have no idea how I managed without it for my first month of breastfeeding!
SIZE SUGGESTION- The package says that pretty much anyone with a 36 band size should get a XS/S size, regardless of cup size. I disagree with this. I'm currently in a 36G Anita nursing bra and I have found that I need the L/XL/XXL (I purchased both sizes). The problem with the smaller one is that it doesn't cover enough vertically so I'm not getting the support I need while pumping and my boobs are falling out on the bottom. Both sizes can be adjusted a ton around the band.

I love this! Very easy to take on and off and can be worn over nursing bras! Adjusts to any size and the quality and comfort of the fabric is excellent...you'll love it!

When I returned to work I found myself dreading and even resenting the time I spent pumping for my son- until I discovered this pumping bra/bustier. This was the third one I purchased and BY FAR the best. It is totally adjustable, flexible, easy to use and truly hands free. It changed with me as my body changed after birth and I used it everyday for 9.5 months. It was some of the best money I spent after my son's birth. I recommend this item to every nursing/pumping mom I know- it is wonderful to be able to read, check email, talk on the phone, etc while pumping and it makes the time go so much faster.

I have the Medela pump in style advanced and this bra worked perfectly for hands free pumping. I had the small/medium size and i'm a 36B. The sizing is completely adjustable to fit a multitude of women of all shapes and sizes. I wasn't thrilled with the color, it's a baby pink nightmare, but considering I'm usually in solitary when I'm pumping, I can live with that. I'd recommend this product to anyone that needs to multitask while pumping. It's very liberating!

I use this item 2-4 times every day! It is perfect! I am a larger busted gal (44 DD) and this works perfectly! I was apprehensive because it only came in two sizes, however it is very customizable and fits/ works great. The openings in the front are very secure because they have 2 flaps of fabric one horizontal and one vertical. I have never had any trouble with the pumps falling out or milk spilling. I have a Freestyle pump and it does have its own hands free apparatus but It is not as quick and easy to setup and use as this one is. I would not be able to pump at work without this.

This hands free pumping bra has really changed my life. Our baby had to be hospitalized several weeks after he was born. While he was in the hospital I had to do a lot of pumping to keep him stocked up on breastmilk when I couldn't be with him. It made the pumping time so much easier and enjoyable to use this bra. I could eat, read, or be online while pumping. I got the L-XXL size and it fits well (my regular size is 38D). The velco strabs on the back make it super adjustable I plan to use this everyday once I return back to work.

I wasn't sure if this would work, but it definitely makes pumping easier and hands free.I would recommend this to any woman who has to pump. It does run large though.
