I love what Simple stands for & these shoes are great, but they do run small & are quite narrow. I would recommend ordering a half size larger than normal. My only other minor complaint is that the black pair I was shipped don't match the photos -- they have a pale yellow stripe/accents (rather than brown as shown) & the tongue has no tag, it is just plain black. Luckily I don't mind yellow, although probably would have preferred the model shown.

I love these shoes! They are very well made & are so comfortable to wear. I would definitely buy them again!

Tried these on as soon as I received them and I have to say they are wonderful. They are very comfy. Fit like converse except they are not flat on the inside. Be careful with the sizing. I'm a 6.5 and after reading some of the other reviews I decided to order a 7. My converse are also a 7. I have very narrow feet and my toes always reach the front of any heel or flat I wear. I rated 5 stars because of the comfort level and the price (and they are cute)

Fits great. I'm a 10.5 to 11. I bought an 11 and they feel wonderful. A little cushy sole makes walking pleasant. I am very proud to have these shoes and am saving up to buy the brown ones as well!

I like the look of the shoe, but found that I needed to replace the insole for it to work with my arches. The included insole has practically no arch support. The toe box is nice and wide. The recycled car tire sole is a great idea, but my feet feel a little hot on the bottom in these shoes at times. I'm not sure if the sole is to blame, or if I just have hot feet. :-) Overall these are good sneakers that I wear often.

I have to agree with those reviewers that feel these sneakers run small. I ordered my regular size, but had to return them for a half-size bigger. Once I got the right size, I was able to enjoy these comfy & durable sneakers. Would recommend.

I watched the price of these sneakers for a long time before I decided to purchase them. I don't regret buying them, they are simply too cute. But...I've worn them for short periods of time and long periods of time, for lots of walking and they could be slghtly more comfortable. They are NOT entirely uncomfortable, they could just offer a little more support if worn all day. But they are cute! and vegan too!

Review by wife: This item was not received as it appeared in the photo provided. If you are not detail oriented it may not be an issue but the shoe was received without the tag along the tongue. They were comfy shoes but were too wide for my feet which are not considered narrow. I also felt they made my feet appear wider and bigger than usual. If comfort is your primary concern without other regards, this may be the shoe for you.

I bought this shoe to wear everyday to school and they are great. I have rode on my bike while it was raining but my feet was a little wet but not soaked. Also, a bonus with this shoe is that it made from recycled products. Will definitely buy another pair when I wear out the one I have.

I purchased these shoes in grey a while back and they turned out to be the most comfortable shoes ever! Then, I decided I wanted them in another color and purchased them in black. While they are super cute, and just as comfortable, for whatever reason the black coloring has turned the white-ish parts of the shoe including the rubber, a very ugly "unclean" looking grey that cannot be washed off. I tried everything, even fingernail polish remover, and it did nothing to clean the shoes. This partly may be due to the fact that I wore them in all weather conditions including light rain (they have never been soaked- just normal shoe wear). They lasted looking brand new for about a month of wearing them every day, and then the black started to grey out onto the white parts. I will say this, these shoes are GREAT, and fit perfectly and are so comfortable and eco-friendly, but I would only get them in black if I didn't plan on wearing them every day, or wearing them in any kind of damp weather. NO OTHER COLOR does this, and it may be a fluke for me, but I would opt for grey, white, purple or tan. Please check out the other colors, these shoes are sooooo comfy and wonderful.
