It's true. It really does work! Simplifast is simply the best and most unique product that I have found in the vast field of diet and health drinks.

When I learned about Simplifast my first reaction was that it sounded too good to be true. It turns out that Simplifast was worth the hype!

Living here in Los Angeles, I have seen many diet fads explode onto the scene then quickly evaporate, forgotten as fast as a new fad springs up. Simplifast is different. Not a "Fad" at all, this easy to use fasting aid will make weight loss virtually effortless!

Forget about mixing cayenne pepper and maple syrup or lemon or cranberry juice or whatever everyone is doing now. No more mess and no more gagging down the horrid self made fasting drinks. Simplifast comes in 3 flavors, strawberry, blueberry and lemonade. Each of the flavors are a pleasure to drink compared to the toxic tasting homemade concoctions! By the way, I mix the flavors to create Strawberry Lemonade and Fruit Punch, as well.

I lost 13.5 pounds in 10 days. They recommend that the Simplifast "diet" be augmented with a healthy portion of fruits and vegetables. Not being a vegetable guy (don't tell my mom) I ate fruit daily. Often I would blend the product and some fruit together with a cup of ice to create a delicious fruit smoothie! I wasn't hungry and felt great.

Simplifast was simply effective! I highly recommend that you try it today!

I read in a magazine about Simplifast and it said "Used by numerous Celebrities around the world and has become the "Red Carpet" choice for many high profile Celebs." So I ordered the drink and I admit, it works. I did a 3 day Cleanse/Fast and lost 7 pounds. Great taste and very convenient to use. No mess, no mixes, just pour and drink.

After losing the 14lbs with this product, I have used Simplifast over the last 5 months on a daily basis. I drink 1 Simplifast beverage in the morning and this helps curb the cravings and has helped me maintain my weight loss. This product makes you feel great and my hair and nails could not look better. It is a all natural product that tastes great and gives you energy as well. I have two teenage daughters and they love this product as well. It is great for an on the go supplement for those of you like myself. This product feels you up and helps me get through the day.

I thought this sounded too good to be true, I just wanted to lose 5-10 pounds......Thankfully I did it on a day that I was off. The taste was not bad but it would have been nice if there was a warning that drinking this stuff would be worse than getting ready for a colonoscopy!!
I still feel sick from it. My stomach is irritated......and it's not returnable.....

This was my first try with Simplifast and I thought I would like the lemon flavor. Unfortunately, it tastes terrible and I threw it all away.

This product tasted HORRIFIC, I could not drink it. The flavor was so distateful I have never tasted anything this bad in my entire life.

This product is lemon flavored but tastes terrible. I had to mix Welches passion fruit juice in with it so that I could tolerate the taste. Maybe the Strawberry or other flavor is better but I do not reccommend lemon.

THE PRODUCT DEFINITELY WORKS. LOST 11LBS IN A WEEK. HOWEVER I DID PUT 4 BACK ON AFTER EATING REGULAR HEALTHY FOODS. YOU WILL GAIN BACK SOME OF THE WATER WEIGHT BUT NOT ALL IF YOU EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY. THE TASTE IS PRETTY BAD. I WAS ABLE TO TOLERATE IT BY PARTIALLY FREEZING IT LIKE A SLUSHY. IT WAS LIKE TAKING MEDICINE. IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE TASTE OR DOCTOR IT UP WITH SOMETHING THEN BUY IT. IT DOES WORK!

Taste of the lemon is okay. I'm a little neurotic, so I think that I was tasting the "maple syrup" sweetening and it was making me gag (just the thought of swallowing syrup). But once I got over it, it's just like drinking lemonade -- with a kick (syrup, maybe?). Just keep it REALLY cold and shake between each swallow and you'll be okay.

I only did 2 bottles/day for 3 days, at fruit and a salad (lettuce, cucumber and very little LITE dressing) all day and then had a "normal" dinner. Today is day 3 and I just might push it a couple more. Depends. But I lost between 2-3 pounds so far. Not sure if it's just water weight, but we'll see.

I have experienced some results and my only problem is the price for me as a senior to keep it up.
