*Lastly, and my favorite part of this book...
THE USE OF PRE-CUTS! YOU KNOW, MODA PRECUTS! LOVELY LOVELY EASY EASY FABRICS ALL READY FOR YOU TO USE. Camille shows how to use all those fancy turnovers, jelly rolls, honey buns, etc in this book! Great! I've purchased these goodies in the past but once I got it home wondered "what am I going to do with these now?" Well NOW I have a book to show me how to use those Moda Pre-Cuts!

I have sewn for over 40 years and quilted for almost 20 years and this is by far the best quilt book I have ever read!

The quilts in this book are absolutely stunning yet can be made by an experienced quilter like myself in no time. The photography is beautiful. I want to just reach through the pages and touch all of the fabric that is shown.
My favorite thing about this book though is the "feel" of it.....it has really been kept simple. It has a quiet elegance about it.

This is my "go to" quilt book from this point forward whenever I need a new project! I want to make every single item in it. It is very inspritational.
I cannot wait to see what the author creates next!

I absolutely love this book! Not only is the photography wonderful, the text fun to read...but I also want to make every project in the book! From pillows to a table topper, to quilts of various sizes--every project is one I can see myself making either for myself or for a gift. There are great tips for beginners or more experienced quilters alike, and I love the fun quotes sprinkled throughout the book. This is a must-own book--so many great projects, so much helpful advice, and every page is eye-candy for quilters!

I like this book for the simplicity of the quilt patterns and the more modern designs. The patterns are for confident beginners and for people who like an "easy sew". I think for the number of projects in the book and the information presented, it is a fair price and it is a book I will certainly use!

I have read many books about quilting over the years. This book is so easy to read, everything is explained in detail and made simple by her clear instructions. The photography is awesome, I know I will enjoy this book for years to come and refer back to it often!

This is not your Grandma's quilt book! Modern, simplified, easy to
create quilts for our busy lives. From fabric to techniques to
designs, Camille Roskelley has done an excellent job in simplifying the
art of quilting.

I have a love for fat quarters, jelly rolls, and charm packs as I don't
have enough time to spend hours searching for, cutting out, and dealing
with larger pieces of fabric. And I want a beautiful finished product
that didn't take me weeks to create. (I can hear you saying 'YES'!

First thing I noticed besides the beautiful designs, was her simplified
way of making circles for quilts, the modern line quilting and her tips
for simplifying your life. My first project? The 'Little Man' quilt for
my grandson! Or maybe the "Spot On" for me!

Amazing how adorable and/or modern these quilts look! Just a great little book, with projects that give you the "I can do this too attitude"!!

You know what they say about design, the simple ideas are the best. This book uses pre-cut fabric to create great quilts for the modern, contemporary home. The ideas are fresh, colourful and stylish. The book is well laid out and easy to use with great photography. In addition, there are tips for simplifying your life. I would make all the projects in this book but my favourites are the pillows and the project I am going to start with 'Sugar Rush'. Templates are given at the back of the book. This is a lovely book with 10 projects, all made using jelly rolls, charm squares or layer cakes, but of course you could cut your own fabric to make these projects too. The quilts and pillows are mostly done in very happy, attractive colors and Camille has sprinkled in little hints here and there about simplifying life. The projects all look simple enough and quick to make and there are lots of great pictures!

This is a wonderful book with simple, interesting designs. i have not made anything yet but will very soon. All of the instructions appear to be very clear.
