A Life Without Tolerations,

I gave this book to a friend for her birthday in August. She was in transition looking to find a job and set goals for the future. Her Christmas card to me told me that she began at the beginning of the book, followed the exercises and realized how much her life was a mass of tolerations. She felt that the book gave her the ideas and the impetus to get rid of the things causing stress, define what she wanted and helped her discover how she really wanted she life to be. Thanks.
