Great pan - no issues after several months of use. No fading / chipping, etc. Great product!

It seems like you always need two small pans when cooking a meal for two...I love this pot, I have a large set but only had one small pot, now that I have 2, it makes cooking a whole lot easier...This pot cleans up great and cooks evenly

The lid fits great, the finish is nice and durable, the metal is good at spreading heat and the handles stay cool for a long time.

This was a nice addition to the Professional Calphalon set we purchased 14 years ago. They have made some nice improvements to the basic design. The handle has an improved attachment to the pan and best of all, the lid handle is now insulated from the heat of the lid. It is still a heavy-duty pan but slightly less heavy material than the original design. It still retains heat well but does not seem to take as long to heat to a temperature.

Wow, gorgeous design - perfectly proportioned! The imsulated handle is cool to the touch even after fifteen minutes on the burner. Body is heavy enough to distribute heat to keep sauces from burning. Glass cover permits an eye on the contents without lifting the cover.

I am tossing my $7 pot with the cracked handle and happy to have paid $30 for its replacement.

We cook several times a week and when the finish started flaking off our old small pan I got this one. It has held up quite well to heavy use and many runs through the dishwasher. It has fulfilled our needs and was a reasonable price.

I have no regrets purchasing this sauce pan and I intend to buy more Calphalon pans in the near future.

I bought this as a gift for a friend looking for another small sauce pan to cook smaller amounts of food, especially for her kids. She mentioned to me that she absolutely loves it, not only the size but the non-stick surface which makes washing easy. She mentioned it compliments her current set of Calphalons and is on fact smaller than the one in her set.

I have had two of these. The first was replaced after about two years under Calphalon's lifetime warranty. I used only nylon or plastic utensils, but the interior of the first one deteriorated rather quickly, becoming light gray instead of the original dark gray color. It's not like I was grinding away in the pot either. I just heat foods, boil things, etc., just simple cooking. I also have several items in the regular Calphalon Nonstick line, and one of those also lost its nonstick coating, and also was replaced for free. I don't know if other brands have more durable nonstick coatings, but I would look at them closely. Just because it is Calphalon, it is not necessarily superior to others.

Just recently bought Calphalon cookware and really like it (used to have just Teflon-coated steel). This pot is the perfect size for sauces etc. I would recommend Calphalon to anyone -- easy to clean (although not dishwasher-safe), heats evenly.
