The Simply Calphalon Hard Anodized 12 piece cookware set offers you ever pan you need for the perfect low fat cooking. The set includes 8" & 10" omelettes, 12" omelette with stainless cover, 2qt & 4qt saucepans with stainless lids, 3qt saute pan with stainless lid, and an 8qt stockpot with glass lid. Pans are constructed of medium gauge highly conductive aluminum for even heating. 2ply nonstick interior coating for low fat or no fat cooking- and easy clean up. The hard anodized exterior makes for an incredibly durable surface that doesn't scratch or discolor with regular cleaning. Some folks will enjoy the fact that these pans are considerably lighter in weight than our traditional cookware lines, with little sacrifice in results. Clean your Simply Calphalon with a "Dobie" pad (nylon mesh covered sponge) and warm sudsy water, the exterior only can be cleaned with Comet/Ajax and a scotchbrite pad. Never put your Simply Calphalon in the dishwasher or use aerosol cooking sprays. Safe for ceramic, glass and any surface requiring a flat bottomed pan.

For the everyday and average cook, this is a nice set. They cook evenly and wash and dry quickly. We do not regret our purchase.

Misc. notes: With a gas stove the long handle does not get hot, but the short handle does. The outside of some of our pans have gotten scratched already (probably from the handles of other pans in our cabinet), and the top rim on the pans is a nonstick finish so that also can get scratched.

I loved my new calphalon cookwear they heat evenly and are very easy to clean the only problem is the handles get hot. If they had grips on them would be better... but sure do enjoy them.....

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she is so thrilled with the entire set. She has been using it for over 6 months and has donated her other pots and pans that she no longer uses. The price seemed too good to be true so I was a little skeptical when I made the purchase but I am so glad I did. The only downside to using this cookware is you cannot use metal utensils and no spray oil. You absolutely do not want to put these items in a dishwasher but they are so easy to clean it is really not necessary!
