Simply Casseroles is simply delicious!! I was thrilled when the book delivered on it's promise of quick preparation, however you'd never know that these delicious recipes were so easy to make. The Berry Crumble Pie is one of the best desserts I've ever made, and the Cornbread Casserole is terrific with chili, any other mexican dish, or even by itself. At the rate I'm sampling these recipes, I hope a Simply Casseroles 2 is released very soon!

This is a cookbook with some of my favorite easy dinner dishes. I love to make dinner in the morning (or on another day) and just heat in the afternoon for dinner. I've tried a lot of the recipes and have been disappointed in only one. This is one of four cookbooks I use regularly.

I asked for and received this cookbook last Christmas after I saw it on a cooking show. I was so excited to try it out! So far, I've tried 5 of the recipes and have been thoroughly disappointed. I think the other person who wrote a review for this book must have been paid to do so by the author or publisher! Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this one! I'm throwing mine away...
