Apparently, this first release is missing the song "Once in a blue moon" performed by Sydney Forrest. The second release, not sold here, has an additional 3 tracks and does include the aforementioned song. Come on Amazon.com, get the second release.

When I watched the movie, the only thing I loved about it was the music, and I love this soundtrack. It had all the songs that caught my attention and more! "Once In A Blue Moon", the song that influenced my decision to buy this soundtrack, is my favourite, but the new versions of "Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered" and "That Old Black Magic" are good too. The only song that I felt didn't need to be in there was "Busted" by Jennifer Paiger (sorry to her fans!). Also, don't buy this CD if you just want the song from the trailer ("Crush" by Jennifer Paige) because it's not on here, even though it should be!

After seeing the movie, I wanted to own the soundtrack to "Simply Irresistible." Unfortunately, two of the major reasons I chose to purchase the CD were not realized: The CD does not contain Shawn Colvin's "Every Little Thing (He) Does Is Magic" which is only found on her 1995 album "Cover Girl". Nor can you get Jennfier Paige's "Crush" which plays in the movie trailer. The rest of the music is fine, but two critical tracks are ommitted.

This really is the best CD I own, it has a complete mix of both old and new, as well as slow and fast songs. You don't even need to see the movie to appreciate the CD-but you should see the movie! I would recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys love songs.

I have seen the movie a few years ago, and recently I decided to buy the movie. After seeing it a second time, I realized how amazing its soundtrack was. I had just loved the songs. Then my crusade to find the original soundtrack begun, and after search everywhere, I found out that this cd was not sold in my country. Although I was very dissapointed by it, since I wanted it so badly, I decided to buy it from the internet and import it. I didn't regret it. As soon as the cd arrived, I opened it and listened to the songs. I loved all of them, with exception of the 4th song, which I didn't like much. Even though there are two songs missing, which are: "Every little thing (he) does is magic - Shawn Colvin" and "Crush - Jennfier Paige", the cd is simply irresistible! The songs are incredible, however "That old black magic", one of the best songs is not complete. and I have no idea on the band or singer that plays it. I strongly recommend anyone to buy this soundtrack. I am sure you won't be dissapointed by it nor regret buying it. It was the first time that I have purchased a soundtrack, and I enjoy listening to it...Actually I love it!! I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did, and I think this is one of the best soundtracks ever.

I'm a huge Sarah Michelle Gellar fan and when I saw Simply Irresistible I had to have the soundtrack. I love all the songs on this cd, they are all great. I listen to them when I go to sleep at night. They are very soothing and relaxing. Just a nice cd to listen too. My favorite tracks are "Little King" "Falling" "Parkway" and "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered" A great compilation of songs, a must have!

I loved this soundtrack sooo much, but I believe the main reason to buy it is for the song "Once In a Blue Moon". It is one of the greatest love songs I've ever heard! (Speaking of which, does ANYONE know who the artist is who sings it?) A lot of the songs are a little older, and there isn't any loud, real fast-pace songs, but for relaxatio and easy-listening, this soundtrack does the job!

When I first bought this soundtrack, I was dissapointed. A year later when I listen to it, I absolutely LOVE it! Why? I don't know, I guess I got older. But the music is awesome, and really goes with the awesome movie. My fav track is Once in a Blue Moon. It is awesome! And Katalina's Bewitched, Bothered, & Bewildered. Also, give it a few seconds after the last track...see what you hear.

I ordered the CD for the song that played over and over during the trailers that ran on tv all the time. I thought the name of the song was *crush*, and there was a song listed on the information sheet with that name on it. Don't get me wrong, the Cd is OK, but I didn't even see the movie, and wasn't interested in the other music from it. Anyway, if you are looking for that song too, it's not there.

"Everything She Does Is Magic" is missing from the soundtrack. Who performed this old "Police" tune and where can I get it?
