Delicious Addition To Italian Food! Autistic Resource Too!,

My dear sister made a big amazon purchase and realizing how much she received, she shared with me. I'm forever glad she did. We love this herb! It goes well with steak, burgers, and any & most all italian dishes. My favorite is to boil my noodles with a tbl olive oil and a dash of crushed rosemary. A dab of garlic salt is sometimes added.
Most delightedly though, is the fact that is one of the few safe food additives that my Autistic son can feel proud to dish out in any quantity. You might think I'm crazy but if you have a child with any syndrome associated with Autism, then you'll agree anything that brings out the best in our children is worth it's weight in gold. My child's face lights up, his posture becomes erect, and his heart sings with joy when he knows we are having meat or Italian food! He becomes a different child. It's almost as if he's been hiding his true self until that moment. Please, if you haven't tried what I call "food therapy" it's never too late! There are numerous herbs & spices that can and will attract your child! Just make sure they are the safe in excessive quantities. My son has his own special shelf in our kitchen. It even includes candy sprinkles & Angostura Bitters!

Love this rosemary when I don't have fresh. This goes so well if you want to marinate in conjunction with extra virgin olive oil and wild caught fish.

Good quality. Love that it's organic. This is a HUGE quantity for the price ... unless you use an awful lot of rosemary, you might want to share with a friend!
