I hate even calling this a book...It is more like a romance collection...Love notes...idea cards...book.... The design is beautiful, the quality is elegant and the ideas refreshing. The ideas really helped us...after years of marriage romance can seem to fizzle...(or maybe its the exhaustion of having children) I loved looking at a marriage in a fresh new way. I strongly recommend this product.

This is more than a book. It is a resource package for married Christian couples. No, there's nothing earth-shattering here, but the book gives so much background information about God's gift of sex. This, coupled with the 24 fantastic date ideas, is sure to renew any marriage bed!

I am a real romantic at heart and love to please my mate. I enjoyed several of the ideas in this book, however I must say that most of the ideas are pretty standard. If you are looking for really creative and unique tips I'd recommend The Romantic's Guide by Michael Webb instead. It is cheaper too.

An awesome way to ignite (or re-ignite) passion in your marriage. This was a great idea. The mystery, the romance, the anticipation is all wonderful! It is heightened by the fact that all of this is done to glorify God!

I HIGHLY reccomend this for couples (married of course) of all ages!

My husband and I have loved doing the "date nights" in this book. I feel so special when he is planning and carrying out his dates, and I feel so close to him while I am planning and carrying out my dates! This is a great plan and so easy to follow! I highly reccommend it!!

I bought Simply Romantic Nights because the concept seemed really great: two "guaranteed" dates a month for the next year, already planned out! As well as the promise of a questionaire where we would be able to talk about things that aren't easy to talk about...

When I opened the package I peeked at the questionaire and was disappointed...so I opened up one date card and was disappointed again. Finally, my husband and I opened them all up and laughed our heads off at how wrong a choice this product was for us!

I would MAYBE recommend this to newly married couples, or couples who have had trouble communicating in their marriage over the years. But for my husband and I (married 13 years) we were already talking openly about all the issues raised in the questionaire, and we thought the dates presented in the idea cards were #1-EXPENSIVE (not to mention finding all that babysitting) and #2-just kinda silly.

We were hoping for a product to deepen our marriage and help us ensure that we get in some time alone each month, but instead we got a product that was just wrong for us - we're hoping to pass it on to someone who can use it.

Though this is a good relations/memory builder for marriages, I felt it was good for newly weds or maybe even the "7 year itch" syndrome but wasn't much help for my wife and I after 35 years!
So, go for it, kids. You'll get the ideas we have enjoyed for years. And, hug her once for me!

Great resource for Christian couples wanting to enhance their marraige..You will show your spouse how much you care by wanting to discover how God intended romance to be.

This "book" was recommended to me by a friend who also thought it was fabulous. It's perfect for the romantically challenged. It lays out all of the details and steps that you need to take in order to create a romantic evening. There are 12 cards for the husband and 12 cards for the wife. You can do them all in one year or you can spread them out over more time. They're very creative and a lot of fun.
