After suggesting supplies for a sewing kit, offering tips on working with fabric, and giving basic instructions for hand sewing and using a sewing machine, Sadler moves on to the projects. Each two- or four-page project section begins with a photo of the finished item and includes a list of supplies,^B step-by-step directions illustrated with colorful drawings, and ideas for project variations.
