Received item which had leak damage and rusting. Amazon did not take responsibility and I was not able to contact the vendor. Not happy. About $12 damage I cannot recoup.

Amazon is great but this company is not!! I order and paid for a jewelry solderin "kit" - all I received was a small soldering iron. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning it.
