I BOUGHT THIS TAPE BECAUSE IT SAID IN THE AD THAT ITS A GREAT TAPE FOR BEGINNERS. I WANTED TO GET EXERISE AND I FIGURED DANCING WOULD BE A GREAT WORKOUT. THIS IS TAPE IS AWFUL. ITS IMPOSSIBLE. THE WOMEN ON THE TAPE VOICE GETS ON YOUR LAST NERVE AND SHE TEACHES TO FAST. SHOWS YOU DANCE STEP A FEW TINES AND THEN YOUE EXPECTED TO PERFORM IT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS TAPE UNLESS YOUR AN ADVANCED DANCER WHO DOESNT GET HEADACHES EASILY.
