This book truly addresses the heart of the matter for most women when it comes to the fitness struggle and general wellness issues. Crystal Andrus leads her readers through a well explained and sensitively directed week by week transformation process that restores and connects the mind, the body and the spirit. After reading a multitude of books on weight loss and drastic nutrition programs, I feel that this book is the first one to address women's larger issues, such as willpower, self-esteem, and motivation.
This book has changed my life and has helped me finally see that the only person who can restore my life's vitality is me - not a pill, not a significant other and not one certain piece of equipment.
It has changed my life and I highly recommend it to every woman, no matter what age, stage in life or fitness level she may be.

I spent a year in therapy going over my issues. One day i was browsing internet hoping to find another miracle diet (for the 100000000 time). I cam across Crystal's website. I saw a book there I didn't think much of it, but went and bought it anyway. What did I have to lose? Let me tell you, I couldn't put it down and read it all night through. What an amaizing, down to earth lady. I found out so much about myself, my worries, fears and pain in one night than in my entire life. Yes, I was hurt a lot, so what! No one can take my life and joy from me. It all in my hands! I am following your instractions and living my life loving myself for the first time. By the way, I am losing weight too, but who cares anymore!

A reader friendly book that you cannot put down. Anyone that follows Crystal's instructions is on the path to a new you!

Anyone who is looking to eat better and improve himself or herself by losing weight, look into this book. Not only do you see results, but you start to understand why you eat so much and how you can control your cravings. I totally recommend this book to everyone.

When you picked up Simply Woman, you took the first important step down the road to weight loss freedom. It's your health, it's your life, it's your decision.
