I will have to say that this is one of the best books for self growth that I have ever read! Crystal Andrus hits it right on the nail with this easy to read book (read it in 1 day!) that is loaded with practical steps and information to immediately implement into your life. I recommend this to any woman that wants to create and sustain success in all areas of her life! Im buying them as gifts for all my best friends!! I've known Crystal Andrus for over 10 years. I have actually bought this book a few times and passed it on to friends because the information is so very powerful and so transforming. This book and the classes I have been able to take part in with Crystal have truly changed my life and I would Highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling to get their lives on track and in a more positive frame of action versus victimization.

Crystal speaks and writes form the heart and from personal experience. Her work is a gift.

I really loved Simply Empowered and Crystal's forthright description of her experiences. I felt a real connection to her and ended up signing up for her coaching program, which is the most comprehensive program I have ever seen. I love that the focus in on empowering women. I highly recommend this book.

I have followed the writings of Ms. Andrus for over a year now, and have benefited immensely from their inspiration. As an avid reader of dozens of works from Hay House authors - one thing that sets Ms. Andrus' apart from most is the uniquely feminine life perspective. However, men and women from all generations and walks of life can be inspired by what she shares.

For me - connecting with her teachings and her community of women has allowed me to recover that creative being and spirit within me. I had suffered a crisis (victim of violence) and was allowing that experience control what was once the soul of an accomplished, creative individual.

With blessed synchronicity & gratitude, the writings of Crystal Andrus came into my life and now I am spiraling upward with a renewed strength and sense of who I am. I am regaining that creative soul and taking in all that the universe has to offer with that joy-filled spirit that desired to break free again.

Sometimes written works from a vast collection of individuals may touch on similar topics or themes - but for me, I believe that just as it is with developing friendships, we all connect to different personality types, versions of communication and the like. As opposed to some negative review comments referencing Ms. Andrus's work as regurgitated - I invite other potential readers to seek their own opinions and discover what I did.........that Crystal Andrus is a woman of high integrity with a "voice" that speaks to me and a few million others.

I have read the works of so many, and yet something in the way Ms. Andrus approaches her books, teachings, newsletters, webcasts and more - they make me feel like I'm in a conversation and not just receiving information. It has a personal touch - and that, for me, is a spirit-lifter.

If I and thousands of others world-wide feel that incredible warmth without having to be sitting right in front of her..............she must be doing something right ! You're only as good as the company you keep has been my mantra since childhood - and Ms. Andrus joins professional forces with some incredible company! I say - What better example to include with your reading or motivational coaching options than that.

And in response to the negative reviews titled Smoke/Mirrors -

We have all been students of many an amazing leader - Ms. Andrus included - and in the grand visual of the universe, there comes a time when the student will rise to the top - as it has been said "where the student (grasshopper) will become the teacher." Such is the case with Ms. Andrus. She has taken her life lessons and courageously shared them so that others may now learn.

And more often than not, it is also those Master Teachers in the realm of self-improvement who would do well to humbly take on the position of student, so that the learning process continues its natural cycle. No one individual - in any venue of education - can claim to hold the all-knowing lessons and not allow someone new to rise to the surface with their own treasures of knowledge to share. To do so would create a dismal blockage of the flow of life, education and progress.

I would be disheartened by any self-improvement professional who is close-minded to the efforts of someone new or someone they disagree with. And it would make me question the true integrity & intentions of the spirit of someone who was interested in the self-improvement movement, yet approached it with tunnel-vision, incredibly derogatory statements and back-biting efforts.

Anyone looking for help along with their journey of self discovery, relationship woes, body image, sex, love....you name it and Crystal Andrus has an empowering way to get you through it and soar above it.

A genuine author with incredible compassion, a huge heart and an inspiring vision for the future.

Before reading this book, I thought "What could a Life Coach do for me?" I never realized that looking at your life from a HOLISTIC standpoint could have an impact on ALL areas of your life. Crystal is so compassionate, bright, and smart about how to live an amazing life. She has allowed me the courage and strength to look at things I've never been able to before, and I'm healing deep wounds that I never thought I could get rid of.

I'm so grateful for Crystal and her work. This book has given me a transformation in life, body, mind, and spirit. Thank you Crystal!!!

I have read many books in my time, but this is the first time I have ever read a book from cover to cover in one sitting. This book is absolutely amazing...it spoke to me personally in so many ways and is so practical! Crystal knows what she is talking about.
