Marvin Monroe is one of the many quacks that inhabit Springfield. He advertises regularly on Springfield television on how he can save marriages and families with his alternative techniques, including electric shocks and banging each other over the head with foam bats.

Dr. Monroe includes 4 accessories, a foam bat (really hard plastic), a diploma, a bundle of cash and a clipboard with his "notes" which is really a hilarious sketch of a very angry Homer.

The details of this figure are hilarious, from his frumpled tie, glasses and zig-zag facial hair.
