Uter is the German classmate of Lisa Simpson. He is wearing shorts with suspenders. Included with this darling character: a stack of books (identical to books that come with the Lisa Simpson character), a soda straw, a tube of toothpaste and a bag of "Joy Joy" candy "mit iodine" (German: "with iodine"). His head is shaved around the sides and the back, and there is little painted stubble around his head. His chubby cheeks are right on the money - he looks exactly like his 2-dimensional counterpart on TV. Well done, Playmates!
