This review is from: The Simpsons Celebrity Series 1 Phil Hartman as Troy McClure (Toy)
This is one of the best Simpsons figures ever! It has Phil Hartman's voice (only when placed on a playset that workes with him(kitchen,DMV,Krusty Burger)). Buy it now before it sells out and goes up in value on the secondary market!

This a great toy and a great way to remember the late great Phil Hartman. I wish this was made before he died so he could have seen his voice in a toy for once. I totall recommend this toy. It is fun to play with and even great to add to your simpsons collection or just to put it on display. Buy this toy.

Misrepresented Toy, March 14, 2002

If a product description says "Phil Hartman as Troy McClure," one would think that it used Phil Hartman's voice in the toy. You would simply push the button to hear the thing say, "Hi, I'm actor Troy McClure. Perhaps you remember me from such films as P is for Psycho" and "The Revenge of Abe Lincoln". Non? It doesn't! I plunked down the [$$$] for this product EXCITEDLY as I couldn't wait to hear one of my favorite comedic actors do his Troy McClure schtick. I was disappointed to learn I have to purchase the Simpson's Kitchen or Krusty Burger "Interactive Environments" to here sweet Phil do Troy. And it costs an extra [$$$]! How about some truth in advertising: mention you need to buy the dang "evironment" to get the toy to do what made you purchase the friggin thing in the first place.
