Another Overpriced Stuff Pack for the Sims 3
on January 26, 2012
EA has been milking the Sims for all it's worth. Most of the expansion packs have been worth the money. However, they have yet to release a "Sfuff" pack that has been worth the $20 price they charge. "Master Suite" is no exception.
What do you get for your $20?
You get a new hairdoo, a collection of clothing (mostly sleepware), and a handfull of household items. The quality of the items is not bad but nothing really stands out. When it comes to the clothing there are some free items available online that are better.
Do you get any gameplay features?
No this is an item only pack. On top of that it's only normal items. There are no additional gameplay items like you can find in the sims store (i.e. magic book or uber toilet).
Would this be a value for anyone?
Only hardcore Sims 3 fans would find value in this pack. The passive player would most likely be disappointed by this pack.
Master Suite has some ok content at a price that is too high. There is no expanded gameplay. If the price was $10 it would be a good value. You can find better items online for free. Giving this pack three stars is being very kind. Unless you are a SERIOUS Sims 3 fan skip this one.
