Charlie Masters was a sex them and leave them kind of guy but never deceived the women that he wanted more. A few lied about having a sexual ecounter with him and hated him anyway. His frat brothers give him a surpise birthday party and the cake is made my a new baker by the name of Gisella Jacobs. She is instantly attracted to Charlie after seeing him walk in his party. They are introduced and Charlie is smitten too. Just when they get together, a scorned woman from his past takes steps to destroy him and his relationship with Gisella. You won't believe what she does. Now I wonder if their will be a sequel to this story because of the actions of the scorned woman. Great story from the first page to the last.

I love a book that makes you feel multiple emotions: I laughed, I cried, I was mad, I was happy. Charlie Masters turned his life around when he thought the end was near. This book is a must read for all of the romance readers out there. It was steamy, sexy and erotic. Let's just say, I want the recipe for one of Isabelle cakes! Ms. Byrd never disappoints.

Charlie Masters is a man after my own heart. After he found out about his illness he really tried to change his ways especially meeting Gisella and she could cook to. This was all that he really needed. She fell in love with him because of the special way that he treated her.(by not sleeping with her on the second date).. It is very good and touching story. I read it in one and a half days. I hope that everyone who is Adrianne Byrd fan will buy this book.

Sinful Chocolate, yes in the form of Charlie Master yes LAWD. I tell when I read an excerpt of this story it dawn on me that this book connected to Two Grooms & A Wedding by A. Bryd. This book had me hook from the beginning I could not put it down. I had read the book the first week of Dec. and wrote my review in word because once I finished the book I didn't want to forget what I wanted to say.

Charles Master was a man who love having a good time and through out his life he has been the type of guy to love and leave them, but one thing Charlie did he made sure the women understood that, but we know you can't help who your fall for and for Charlie some of the ladies thought they would be that special one. Charlie frat brother gave him a surprise birthday party and Charlie being the type of guy he is was ready to enjoy his party. Charlie saw his birthday cake and before he went out there and got his party on he cut into his cake and just about fell out. To Charlie that was the best cake he had ever tasted. Charlie found out that cake was from a new bakery that had just open up. Cakes by Giselle, with the help of a friend Charlie got to meet Giselle at his birthday party and once Charlie saw her he was a gonner.

Giselle had recently broken up with her boy friend and was sharing an apartment with her sister who you will find out later in the book her connection to Charlie......smile...........twist just when Giselle thought everything was okay her ex decided to go back in to her life at least he thought he was. As with any ex he wanted her back for his reason but Giselle saw an opportunity to let her ex know that she has move on with her life.

The attraction between Charlie & Giselle is intense and steamy, you will see Charlie change in front of your face, and you will see Giselle open up her heart again.

This is a great book and you will not be able to put it down once you began reading. As I stated before I start reading this book at work and I finished this book before I went to bed that night, that's how good this book is. I recommend this book......................

Adrianne Byrd is hands down one of the best in the business. The lady can write her butt off!!! I loved this story. Sinful Chocolate is a must read. Sexy Charlie is off the chain, but Gisella can handle him. Don't start this book if you have something to do because you won't get it done. You go, Ms Byrd!!!

Everyone has already given a synopsis of the book so I won't repeat. Adrianne Byrd really has a way of making her characters come to life. I felt like I was actually in the barbershop with Charlie's friends or in Anna and Gisella's apartment with the rest of the "Lonely Hearts club". I just finished reading this book 5 minutes ago and it's officially in my top 5. It does connect with "Two Grooms and a Wedding" so if you can read that book first do it, but it's not really necessary. (But they're both great books, so why not?) I can't wait to see if Ms. Byrd will let us know what happens with the rest of Charlie's friends. Maybe they'll end up with Anna and her friends. Hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

Charlie is a dog, he doesn't even make it a secret, he does what he wants and who he wants. He as a surprise birthday party given by his friends and has the best cake he has ever had. This is how he meets Gisella she is aware of his history but really does see the human side, Charlie is also hiding a couple of secrets, but everyday he is with Gisella he starts wanting to right his wrongs, if only given the chance since he does not have much time, /This book is funny, (the way he remenbers names)sexy, (the grandmother secret recipe) and heartfelt.
Adrianne did a really good job at turning a dog into a MAN.

I LOVED this story!!! Charlie and his friends are great and the story is so catching! Giselle is smart and funny and a DIVA in the kitchen! I could not put this book down! I great story - Like Water For Chocolate! I just wish Ms. Byrd included the recipies for the desserts!

This would have been a good stand alone book however, because it was apart of a series and it didn't measure up to the others. personally I would suggest that you only by this bookif your goal is to have the whole collection. otherwise you'll just be left with a bit of disappointment.

This is the sequel to "A bride and two grooms" I loved this story. It has some HOT!! scenes but they are not rushed. The true relationship is given time to develop. It is a must read!
