I have a 2 1/2 yr. old & a 14 mo. old, and they BOTH love this book & cassette! My 2 1/2 yr. old particularly enjoys the sense of independence she gets when she puts the cassette in her player (cassette is included w/ the book, but not the player - you have to get that on your own!) and begins the story from front to back. The illustrations are gorgeous & are kept simplistic for young, absorbing minds. She sings all day long, oblivious to the fact that she's learned so much! This is our first "Wee Sing" and I'm searching Amazon.com now for more.

My two-year-old and I just love this book and the other Wee Sing & Learn titles. The songs are pleasant, well-produced, and memorable. They are even better than the Wee Sing CDs that come with the small softcover books. The big board book is easy for little hands to hold and explore. A great product all-around.

I have the older version in paperback with the cassette and I love it! I ordered the newer format, board book with CD, and the book is poor quality. The damage done when I received it was from amazon poorly packaging (not wrapped at all in a box where it was shuffeled around in transport). However, the way the book is constructed, I am positive it will not last long with my toddlers. Plus, the purple color, as it appears on the purple page, looks more blue than purple, so I found it to not be educational. However, I love WEE SING and I love the music. I will continue to buy wee sing, I just find this particilar edition to be less than average.

I ordered two of these books for friends because my son loved it so much. But, when they came in the mail, we only recieved the paperbacks. How can "Wee Sing" with no music. When I bought it at the store it had a CD with it. What is going on here?

I bought this book and other Wee Sing series books. But this one only has book, didn't include cassette, no obvious description about the cassette issue. I got all other books with the CD or cassettes except this one. Don't understand what's going on. How can we sing and learn without the cassette?
