This is the best investment for entertainment! This with the
sing star CD's makes for hours and hours of fun especially
for girls around age 14 to adult!

I think that the blue microphone has some kind of short in it.
This is my second set that had the same problem. I am going
to give it another shot at ordering another set.

The quality otherwise is very good.

I purchased this game for my sister as she is into this kind of stuff. We both love music dearly and she was in love with this game. The variety of songs is spectacular. It's not as fun if you do know all of the songs, but even then, you can still get a pretty bad score even with knowing all of the words.

I love the playback feature (you can hear how you did) because that reveals the honest truth. Either you got it or you don't. LOL.

It is a pretty nice game, I enjoy it more with more than one player. It's exciting.

I will be buying more Singstar games!

SingStar is the best singing game for any console on the market. I purhcased this one for a friend who has a PS2, and the main draw was the price (cheap cheap cheap), and the fact that the game came with the two very high quality mics. If you love to sing, whether it be infront of a group or by yourself, this game is a ton of fun, and the product overall is very high qualilty, so you get your moneys worth.

LOVE THIS SO MUCH FUN AND LAUGHS COME FROM THIS. MAKES YOU REALLY HEAR HOW YOU SOUND WHICH IS REALLY FUNNY, LOVE PLAYING THIS WITH THE KIDS. ITS A HOOT OF A TIME. GET IT AND YOU WONT BE SORRY HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a perfect Party addition, but more importantly it was a GREAT way to give my wife the chance to sing Karaoke. I am not a fan of the loud and busy Karaoke bars, so this works perfect!

Disclaimer: I purchased this for the microphones. It appears that there is a high failure rate with the Mics from SingStar bundles. I saw a review that indicated a player was using on his PS3. The Mics worked fine with the PS3, but the songs and disk didn't. I have a new slim PS3, older ones may be compatible but newer units definitely are not.

That said, we have had loads of fun with Sing Star.

I am reviewing this game as a PS3 user who wants more songs for Singstar PS3 - as you may know, Singstar PS3 allows you to swap out discs even with PS2 Singstar titles. Thus if you are dissatisfied with the selection on the PS3 SingStore (and who isn't?), you can easily augment your library, sometimes for as little as $1 per track (for a $30 disc). Let me stress - I HATE the fact that Sony forces us to buy discs to increase our library. All ofthis stuff should have been on the Singstore. But I'm not reviewing what Sony SHOULD do, I am reviewing this particular set - and since I would have bought probably 25 of the 30 tracks on here a la carte, I can't complain too much.

I mainly bought this bundle, however, because I wanted to get a replacement set of mics, as my original USB adapter had started to cut out. So let's talk value: the bundle costs basically exactly what a standalone disc and a microphone pack cost. So you don't lose out either way, you just get them in one handy package.

The disc itself has a lot of great tracks, many of which are not on the US SingStore. Highlights include Nirvana, Sir Mix-A-Lot, the Divnyls, Extreme, and the Cranberries. For anyone who grew up in the 1990s, there are LOTS of familiar songs to sing. I have found that this is the booster disc we most often swap in, especially for parties (our crowd is generally 25-35 years of age).

I haven't regretted getting Singstar 90's once since buying it. In my opinion, it's the best "booster disc" to get for Singstar PS3.

This game is really no different than the other titles in the series - just a compilation of Pop hits from the 90s. It features the original music video - and scales up surprisingly well on a PS3 played on an 46" 1080P 60HZ LCD. If you're a fan of these karaoke games, and if you love the music in this compilation, then this is a must have. I secretly play this and pretend to be a popstar...
