I'm going to assume you are familiar with the SingStar games and just want to know if this is worth getting and if so, which version.

If you have a PS2 and like ABBA, think of this game as DLC at $1.49/song. (At the $29.99 price point)

If you have a PS3, on the other hand, and like ABBA, here goes:

1. If you don't already have a SingStar PS3 game, SingStar ABBA PS3 gives you all 25 songs, access to the SingStar Store where you can get DLC, and the disc-swapping feature to play songs from other SingStar discs.
2. If you do have a SingStar PS3 game, the PS2 version offers 20 songs (again, $1.49/song) compared to the PS3 version's 25 songs (at $1.59/song). The music videos seem to be the same regardless of version, and the PS3 version doesn't seem to have any new features.

I bought this one for my 7 year-old daughter but the whole family enjoys it.
Wonderful songs, great videos (with the stunning Swedish beauty Agnetha Fältskog)and great lyrics. THe voices of the singers are crystal-clear what makes it perfect for karaoke.

The very best ABBA songs to sing to.The timeless melodies make it fun for my whole family to sing along to Agnetha and Anni-Frid.Great quality on the videos and audio.Most songs appeal to all generations in our home which is quite a rare thing to happen in music tastes.I like the many options available, solo, duets,back-up, the no pressure-no scoring option all make for great fun.

This game is outstanding! It has original audio and video of ABBA performing their hits, while you can sing lead or back up. I sang myself hoarse on Christmas. I can't help but be in a good mood when I hear ABBA, and this makes it even better! My husband gets a kick out of watching me sing. It's great for the entire family.

This game was in perfect shape. I bought it for my daughter and she loves it. Love the fact that I was able to buy a used gift like this for Christmas and it was in perfect shape.

All 4 of my kids and myself love this game, and we even catch my husband singing. It is great fun for the whole family and a little blast from the past is neat to watch my kids experience

Although the PS2 version isn't bad as the previous reviewer states with PS3 there's apparently a Singstar store where you can buy songs to add to your collection. I wish they'd come out with a SingStar Carpenters cuz this was just as entertaining as the rest. I enjoyed the songs some of which I haven't heard of before but it got me addicted to ABBA songs again that I've been listening to some downloaded ABBA songs over and over. I Loved it and hope that SingStar will continue to go back in time making band related SingStar games *crosses fingers for a Carpenters one*. :D I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys Singstar.

OMG i love this game so far i had a olt of fun playing this game with my family ...

We absolutely love Abba sing star.It has all the songs I remember and my daughters don't know to well.Finally I can beat them at a few songs..Fun for the whole family ;-)

This is just a fun game, to be able to sing into a microphone, with friends if you want - and to attempt to match the lyrics and sound of ABBA, one of my all time favorite groups. To those whom may laugh, ABBA's music varied a great deal over the years, from pop, to songs about divorce, about being a superstar, and yet lonely, a wide variety of sounds and thoughts.

Singstar also has other groups available to sing with, eventually I will get some of these also.
