Max Bygraves' music was the rage in the 50's & 60's & he is especially well-known for his singalong medleys, portraying the most memorable, well-loved & evergreen favourites of the Post-War years. This album is rightly named for all the memories that it evokes of a bygone era. Don't let it deter you that this era falls well before your time or that you may never have even heard of Max Bygraves before this moment. If you are a fan of such male vocalists as Paul Anka, Andy Williams, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra & Pat Boone, then you are bound to greatly enjoy the music of this legendary singer.

Considering that this music is from the 50's & 60's & thus "old", it seems to have the clarity & depth of a digitally remastered recording. These medleys, played either soft or loud, are just as enjoyable.
