A disappointing book which fails to capture the breadth and complexity of Singaporean food. Only one person of 12 listed on the copyright page has an Asian name. Apparently written in the UK for people in the UK. The photography is decent, but the vast majority of the recipes are very weak. Not authentic Singapore food (example: Stuffed Courgettes!).
