I have to see this book on Singapore is a great book for all children, teens and adults to pick up and actually read, because it is full of color, excellent discription and facts on the people that live their which include people of Chinese(77%),Malay(15%),and Indian(10%)descent as well as other groups which include Americans, Canadians, Europeans, Armenians, Arabs and Pakistanis. Also, the book talks about the great variety of religious beliefs practiced in Singapore by the people which include Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, Various forms of Christianity and Judiasm. Third, the book also talks about the great number of languages spoken by the people of Singapore which include English, Various Chinese Dialects (such as Cantonese and Hakka), Various Indian Dialects (such as Tamil,Punjabi,Hindi,Bengali,Telugu and Urdu) and the Malay language during everyday life situations.
