-As far as the shipping is concerned, the product arrived promptly, the box was intact and the item was well packed. It came with instructions and all of the necessary components.
-The faucet itself is reasonably well made for a $60 product- it's not a heavy, stainless steel high end piece, so don't be disappointed. But for $60, why would you? We bought this to replace a kitchen faucet in our rental house, so that give you an idea of our perspective when we where shopping. It even has a cute little decorative sparkly swatch adorning the top of the handle- but I would never, ever pay what the full list price says it's worth. -Please, please make sure that you have 1/2" fittings where you are installing this. I didn't check, and had to call a plumber when the product's hoses started leaking right after installation. I spent $95. That's how I found out that standard US fittings are 3/8", not 1/2", an expensive lesson. Now I've spent an additional $12 on a silicone leak spray because I'm darned if I'm going to throw this thing out at this point. Another comment the plumber made was that nowhere in the literature that was packed with the product did it mention a manufacturer name or any contact information, so I can't even call to find out if they offer additional fittings.

My husband bought this for our new kitchen. I was very pleased with it. It can pullout and be used as a flexible hose, and goes back automatically as I release the handle. Great water pressure, enough to clean dirty plates. I have had it for a month and still enjoy its compact size and good finish look.
Installation took my husband 30 minutes, and his handyman skill is average. I recommend this product.

Completly dissapointed. 3 differend pieces on this faucet were broken. I managed to "fix" two of them. Not the 3rd. When I hooked up the supply lines and opened the water valves one of the supply lines leaked, bad. They weren't standard supply lines either. Some worthless oddball connection on one end that screws directly into the faucet. $50 that I completly wasted. Not to mention all of the wasted time fixing/installing. I would never buy this product, or anything from this seller again.
