The most eye-catching book on the subject,

So the story goes, Mr. Martine met Bill Milne during Bill's annual Scotch Tasting party at his photography studio in NYC. The idea was born and Bill made several trips to Scotland to shoot the pictures for this stunning book. Though I don't drink Scotch, the book was just too irresistable. A great story told through great design and photography.
