I was skeptical when I first got this book. What was a married man going to tell me about being a Christian single woman. Wright knows what he is talking about. I have found this book not only full of God's word but moving and inspiriational. I have found myself telling people that they need to get this book when they first find themselves single. Many books are describing how to get married. Wright established right away that being single is not a temporary state for some people. I highly reccommend this book to all people

We are using this book in a Christian Singles small group study (about 15 people in the group). Use it as a devotional, reading a chapter a day, six days a week and then meeting once a week to discuss things that have been particularly meaningful to us.

The experience has been great, we've learned much, and God has used this tool to speak to the needs of our group members. I'd highly recommend this book.

Our group meets every 2 weeks and we do one topic with discussion on topic. It covers a vast array of subjects. In hard economic times for some you may just use one book and each meeting time pass the book to leader/reader lol. if your a one book per peson kind of people hunt n seek above needed books in advance. i see many for a penny with 4-5 shipping. 4-5 a book is good and for this type book isnt so much to ask of attending members of your group and you can always share. the members who dont just borrow during reading. We spilt reading duties in our group. This isnt your young musical chairs type singles group book. this isnt for singles being forced together in hopes they will relieve themselvs of some "curse" of singleness. It is a mature study on Being Single and learning, improving and bettering yourself as a whole complete person, Whether or not your status will change or you seek it to. I recommend this book as a buy. it is vast and can span alot of time. we/i dont follow the book strictly buy as a loose topic guide, customise and skip at will.

This devotional is and inspiration, and also an eye-opener. Don't pass it over, its a great read! Trust me, you will be blessed!
