For the scientist experienced in quantum dots, this text has some valuable review chapters and is practical in nature. It needs updating, as the subject has evolved considerably since the publication date.For a really useful introduction to quantum dots, try 'Quantum Dot Hetereostructures' by Bimberg, Grundmann and Ledentsov - albeit absurdly overpriced! |
