Single Santa Seeks Mrs. Claus is kind of like a made-for-TV version of Santa Clause 2, but with fewer special effects and more charm. Nick (Steve Guttenberg) plays Santa's son, who must find a wife by Christmas day if he wants to take over his father's job as the new Santa. He soon meets Beth (Crystal Bernard) and falls in love. In the meantime, Nick is the personification of goodness and the Christmas spirit. He treats Beth's son as his own and helps those he meets. In other films, Guttenberg's style of acting might seem awkward or goofy, but it fits Single Santa Seeks Mrs. Claus perfectly. The only problem is that the movie ends a bit too quickly. It seems the relationship was just about to get started when the movie ends. It could have been at least a half-hour longer, which would have made it a 5-star film.

My mom & I love both of these movies, so when I found them on one DVD for one low price I was even more pleased!!

For all purchasers that have hearing disability and rely on captioned movies like I do, don't buy this like I did. DVD was created in 2007, yet not captioned per 1993 federal mandates for all movies for public viewing. Very disappointed at being excluded from watching this movie!

These are not the two best Christmas movies out there - but you won't go wrong if you like a cute and fun movie the whole family can enjoy. Now if they would only release "Meet the Santa's", you could have double the cute fun!! Enjoy!!!

Both movies are great for all ages young and old and are ideal for the whole family.A must have for Christmas.

Great movie, but I was very disappointed that it is only in FULLSCREEN and not in widescreen in this two movie version. I could not find anywhere in the write-up whether it is fullscreen or widescreen, but I love the movie.
