Single Syringe 1 Piece Case Color Transparent Blue

These are perfectly sized for my insulin syringes, and stay tightly closed so that nothing gets lost or damaged. I use 30u syringes, and also have 100u syringes, and tested it with both. The 100u syringe, fully expanded, fits perfectly in the case. Once closed, it does take a little effort to open the case, but I prefer that, so that it doesn't accidentally open in my purse. They are slim enough that I can carry a couple in the bottom of my purse and they don't take up any valuable space.

I also tried putting two 30u syringes in one case, and they fit when placed in opposite directions. The 30u syringes are slim enough to fit two in, so it makes it even more convenient.

A little tip: Use a dry-erase marker to write the medication, dosage, or time of day to take on the inside of the case. This makes it easy to tell if it is an AM or PM dose, or what amounts of different meds are in a syringe if you mix insulins (i.e. mixing Humalog and Novolog). Writing on the inside of the case ensures it won't rub off!

I ordered three and will likely order more, so that I can color-code my AM and PM doses.

My brother-in-law is a diabetic and needs to have his insulin on a regular basis. He had gone to just sticking the syringe in his shirt pocket much to my sister's consternation. This is a much better solution!
