Surrounded by great musicians, Rosemary Clooney is in top form. One of her best efforts on the Concord label.

The duet with guitarist Ed Bickert on "One For My Baby" is worth the price of the CD. Her voice is in great shape here, and the material and musicians are first class.

I'm a fan of Rosemary Clooney's early and later periods. This is a great place to start for newcomers to Rosemary's comeback years. Heck, it's a great starting point for any newcomer curious about this great singer's talent. She embraces the lyrics, phrases beautifully, and has wonderful timing. Her version of "Ding Dong the Witch is Dead" is loads of fun and "Hooray for Love" is a treasure. The sextet supporting her is in top form. Buy it -- you'll like it!
