This is the most perfect piece of music I have heard in six decades of listening to classical, jazz and electronic CDs, radio and records and tapes.

I am a huge fan of Deva and Miten. I have seen them in person twice

( will be seeing them again on November 16 in Miami ! ). The previous CDs were lovely, and after Dakshina I didn't think it was possible for them to improve the depth of feeling and complexity of musical excellence. But, the Moola Mantra CD is off the charts beautiful, in my opinion. It is a perfect start to my day. I have shared this with my yoga instructors. When they play this in class, the group energy is indeed transformed. I look forward to following this wonderful duo as they continue to reach new heights in spiritual excellence ! If everyone were to listen to this while driving, road rage would exist no more.

Of course I love everything Deva Premal does...but this CD is enthralling. I have it running in the background at my home and it creates just the right atmosphere. It's wonderful.

Having spent last September with Deva-ji & Miten up in Esalen, singing the Moolah Mantra and many others, I looked forward to hearing this CD. I was not disappointed. That it is one long track, broken up by the improvations of various talented instrumentalists might not appeal to the casual fan of DP&M. But, if you allow the music to permeate your surroundings, you will find yourself in the place I am certain they intended with this recording. For those who prefer the mulitple-song format, the Bonus CD has some nice pieces to offer; including a live version of You Gotta Move.

This is another briliant incredible expression of God's love in music. Deva and Miten magically are able to create a whole CD of the mantra without becoming repetitive or boring. It is truly relaxing and you can feel their love for the universe coming through the speakers.

I had this playing during my homebirth of my last child. It is amazing music to take you to that zone while in labor.

A very soulful and meditative listening experience. Deval Premal has an amazing, and almost haunting voice. Her style is pure, simple, and powerful.

Watching Deva Premal perform titles from her Moola Mantra CD at an old church in Philadelphia moved me to tears. There is no doubt that Deva is a Goddess, one that touches us all by the beauty of her voice. I have enjoyed her music every since I was first introduced to yoga many years ago. I would have picked up a copy of this CD anyway, but there truly is something spiritually moving happening in the music and lyerics of these ancient mantras. A must have.

This is an absolute wonderful album. The music is soothing and I use it to go to sleep with.

This CD (pckg) is a very good rythmic yet relaxing set of songs. Naturally my favorite is the 2nd and 3rd parts of "Moola Mantra". I consider it a New Age Spa type music and very enjoyable.
