Greg's Best Ranking!,

Well Greg, I have to say that I'm impressed!
This CD is, in my humble opinion, your most consistent collection of songs ever assembled. The production is first rate as is the musicianship, but more than that, it is the quality of the songwriting that got to me on this album. Many of these songs I can actually imagine being covered/played by other well established artists. They are that good. "Johnny Headset" kinda' has a Timbuk Three thing going for it, while "Mikaela" has a bit of a John Denver feel and maybe a tad of the latter day Jackson Browne material. "Thunder Boy" also has a feel similar to some of Stan Ridgway's stuff w/a shot of David Lindley thrown in! Pass the Cajun spice, please! So in a nutshell, the songwriting here is right up there with the artists I alluded to above. The reason these folks came to mind is because, as I said earlier, it isn't that these sound like their stuff; no. It's that I think the writing is on par and the melodies good enough that I can put my ear/mind to imagining them doing these songs. I also want to say that I think this is your best album cover shot yet. It captures the feel of the locale where you can easily imagine the cool air and hear the rain falling. Nice composition! SIMPLY A GREAT JOB ALL THE WAY AROUND, GREG! Scott W. Stoddard - West Los Angeles, California

When I listen to this song, I have visions of Conan O'Brien dancing to it.
