I bought this headache nasal spray at Wild Oats market. It gives me almost immediate headache relief. I suffer from chronic sinus and migraine headaches. My nasal passages are usually dry but I still can't breathe. This spray works better than any of the many oral medications I've tried for headache pain. It causes my nose to run, my eyes to water, eliminates the pain in my left eye, and allows me to breathe again. I use it at the onset of a headache (many of which previously led to migraines) and for me the migraines have been thereby prevented.

(Note: I am still careful to eat frequent healthy light meals to prevent low blood sugar; eat only natural foods containing no MSG or artificial additives; and avoid salty foods and chocolate which also cause migraines for me. Sleep and exercise are important stress relievers which also help prevent migraines for me.)

I've suffered from migraines since the age of 7...that's 33 years to date averaging 2-4 attacks per month. Working as a Pharmacy Tech. I've taken nearly every single prescription drug for migraines plus prophalatic (preventative)medications, none have really worked. As usual all these prescription drugs have some or many bad side affects. Along with prescription drugs I have also use natural remedies, Vitamin B2, feverfew, "Head-on"(topical), 'Sun Breeze'(topical), White Willow Bark, etc. Upon recieving Sinol "all natural" Headache Nasal Spray with capsaicin, I had a full fledge Migraine attack; after 4 sprays and 1 1/2 hours my migraine subsided, WOW how did that happen? I didn't have to rely on my prescription drugs, Vicodin plus Fiorinol to help my attack. The only side affect from Sinol is the 2 second sting after administration, this out weights the pain from the Migraine and there are no narcotic effects (esp. drowsiness). Highly recommend this product, being homeopathic (all natural)and inexpensive...big plus for headache suffers. Without Amazon I never would have heard of this product.

HAVE HAD MIGRANES FOR 30 YEARS...4 OR 5 DAYS A WEEK I HAD HORRIBLE MIGRANES AND HAVE BEEN ON MEDICATION WHICH I HATE TO TAKE AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE SINOL A TRY AFTER ACCIDENTIALLY FINDING THIS PRODUCT AND RESEARCHING REVIEWS. MY MIGRANES HAVE BEEN GETTING WORSE OVER TIME AND THOUGHT WHY NOT GIVE IT A TRY (SINOL MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE). I AM ON MY THIRD BOTTLE IN ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND THIS REALLY WORKS. WAS UP TO ABOUT 6-10 IMITEX A WEEK AND NOW...MAYBE TAKE JUST A FEW A MONTH. JUST SPRAY TWICE IN EACH NOSTRIL(IT WILL STING FOR 2-3 SECONDS....NOW SO USED TO IT BARELY BOTHERS ME) AND PAIN IS EITHER KNOCKED OUT OR GREATLY REDUCED .MEDICATION WAS LITERALLY 10 TIMES AS EXPENSIVE AND THEY HAVE SIDE EFFECTS. THIS WORKS AMAZINGLY WELL FOR ME. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SUFFERING....GIVE THIS A TRY. SO HAPPY I DID.

I tried this after trying sinusbuster and I was disappointed. It does give less of a burn than sinusbuster but it doesn't completely get rid of the headache. If you've never tried sinusbuster (another capsacin nasal spray) or if sinusbuster was too strong for you it might be ok but I was disappointed.

In addition to the ten plus migraines per month, I also suffer from daily head pains and an almost constant toothache like pain in my upper molar attributed to sinus/migraine. I've been on just about every drug and tried every homeopathic treatment there is including acupuncture and Botox. I take up to twenty Motrin a month, along with Zomig for my really stubborn headaches and the Motrin sometimes will take over two hours to work if it works at all and the Zomig two hours as well at times. This can ruin an entire morning, or day for that matter. I saw this product at Whole Foods and thought "what the heck", of course it will be a waste of money but I will never stop trying to rid myself of this plague that has practically ruined my life. I started using it whenever I felt my headaches coming on and just like the box says... they went away within twenty minutes! I kept testing it, but still I thought how could this be true? My stepdaughter came to visit and had a killer headache and I made her try it with an unopened box (I bought extra right away!). Within a minute it was completely gone! Here's the only thing and the reason for four stars - the headache may come back within a couple of hours. It did for me and for my step daughter. No problem though, we just whipped out our sinus busters and gave ourselves a few shots of it and were fine the rest of the day. YAY!!!!!!!!!! I love cayenne pepper :)

My wife was having serious sinus headaches nothing the doctors did would help I ordered this and another product called Neti Pot and the two combined helped her she does not have the headaches anymore.

I am limited in the types of medicines I can take and I can't take pills of a certain size so I was searching for a remedy for this killer sinus headache I was having and happened upon this product. This really works! I was so surprised. I just sprayed it once in each nostril almost immediately my nose was running and my eyes were watering and within 10 minutes my headache was gone.

I have been using Sinus Buster which I first got from Amazon, and it works like a charm on my headaches. After reading a few reviews about Sinol I figured I would give it a try. Sinol does not work at all on my headaches. It seems very weak compared to Sinus Buster. I think you need to feel a burn for pepper nasal spray to work on headaches. I'll use Sinus Buster from now on.

i have weekly migraines and thought this would nip it in the bud. it sounded good but didn't work for me. i have now tried it 5 times...each time at the very first sign of a migraine and it has not helped.

I've had migraines for over 30 years and I've tried everything that Eastern and Western doctors had to offer from acupuncture to barbiturates. Nothing offered much relief and most medications made things worse with rebound headaches. I found that Imitrex offered fast relief, but the pain returned almost exactly 2 hours later. Considering the price and the rebound headaches, this was not a viable 'solution'. For the past 3 months, I've been using Sinol. In that time, I have not needed to take anything else, not even an aspirin. Although the pain sometimes comes back in an hour or so, if I use it again, the pain goes away. So far I have not had to do that more than 3 times. I've had no burning sensation and no loss of taste. I've recommended this to friends and even my doctor who also suffers from migraines.
