My husband has years of migraine history. Nothing he's tried to relieve him of the pain, has ever really worked. He's tried every prescription drug out there and still nothing. He has had to take a cocktail of OTC meds just to touch his pain. I went to the drugstore (Walgreens or CVS) in search of something natural for him to try, as I was tired of all the normal stuff not working. I found Sinol-M, paid the $12 for it, which was a little high for me at the time, brought it home, made my husband try it, and an hour later, migraine was GONE!! This had never happened before, and it came as quite a surprise to us both. Since then, whenever he has a migraine, after a few squirts of this into his nose, the migraine dies down and goes away within 1-2 hours. It's magnificent!! I have recommended it to almost everyone I know who has migraines, and have only had good responses from it. We will always carry a bottle of this everywhere we go so we can nip those migraines in the bud immediately before having to visit the ER!

nasal sprays that contain benzalkonium chloride can cause rebound nasal congestion if used more than specified. most nasal sprays contain the perservative benzalkonium chloride.

As a family nurse practitioner I know the options for headache and allergy relief. I've tried everything for headaches and allergies. This spray works for headaches that are caused by sinus inflammation, congestion and allergic rhinitis. It's all I use. I keep one in my desk at work and several at home. I recommend it to my patients. It doesn't work well if the headache is due to muscle tension. For that I recommend rubbing Topricin on tight neck muscles. Headaches can have a multitude of causes, and some require intensive evaluation, but for the typical allergy/sinus headache this product is great.

I have lived on this stuff and a neti pot all through hayfever season and haven't had to take any allergy meds at all!!! It burns a little at first, but that quickly dissipates. I love it!! My husband and kids are hooked on it, too.

I have suffered from multiple migraines per week for many years, impacting my personal life and many days off from work. The source of my migraines is barometric pressure, so nothing I could control. I started using Sinol-M about 3 months ago, about 5 times through out my waking day. I have had one small migraine since beginning use, amazing.

As well, I have had allergy shots all my life and on Zyrtec daily. This has been my best allergy season in many years and most people (even who don't suffer from allergies) have complained that it's been their worst.

I recommend this for both allergy and migraine suffers, it has given me back a predictable life.

This is my second order of Sinol-M, keeps my sinuses clear, helps with headaches and works almost immediately for my allergy symptoms. With no side effects!!!!!!!

I sneezed more taking this product than without it. You are better off taking an ultratab Benadryl (Severe Sinus) the blue pills and call it a day. You can smell the pepper in this spray and it does nothing really to clear things up.

I hate to say it but Nasacort AQ is fantastic; however, very expensive if you don't have prescription coverage, but it works great.
