This is a great product for sinus problems, cleared up alot of trouble I had with nazel congestion.

It's easy to use and the saline solution dissolves quickly but the pot itself is made out of very cheap plastic unlike the picture.

My Neti pot is the best thing I've done for myself for a long time. I wish I could give it more than five stars. My allergy doctor recommended it to me and it has made a great difference in my comfort level. I put a mirror on the bathroom counter to help me get the proper head position and that took care of the problem I had with the water running down and dripping down my chin. I highly recommend this product to anyone with allergies and sinus problems. I'm an RN and have seen a lot of patient problems as well as my own experience. It works wonders for dry "winter" nose also.

I have had sinus problems for years and nothing has really helped except pain medication. I am shocked at how well this system works- I no longer need to take an advil cold and sinus anymore! I was having some trouble at first getting the head position correctly- read instructions well!

At the behest of a friend I went ahead and tried this. It's tough to get the hang of, and I swear I almost drowned myself the first few times. However, once you figure it out and use it at the first sign of nasal/sinus irritation it can help tremendously. The key is to use this before your sinus situation escalates. Once you can't breathe through your nose it won't help.
