This is an amazing product! I have used it several times. IT BURNS... Oh, yes it does... the very first time you use it, you will feel like a Navy Seal getting pepper sprayed. Surprisingly, you get used to it because it works so well and the pain is only temporary. I actually NOW look forward to it and find it refreshing. Try it for yourself... but don't give up on the first try. It is a great product. Works for hours. Makes you feel great! Best product I have ever used for sinus issues!

This product works great. I found it after reading some blogs of people trying to get away from using Afrin, which can became almost addictive. This is not as effective as Afrin, but works well in clearing sinus congestion, and excellent way to get away from Afrin.

This is the best price I've seen for this product. Shipping was fast and professional. Yes, shooting red peppers up your nostrils burns a bit but it works great and I'd rather have a few second of burning over days or weeks of nagging sinus infection. If you haven't tried it, I strongly suggest you do. I use it to clear up the occasional infection but my wife finds it indispensable for clearing out sinus infections and preventing migraines as well as for battling seasonal allergies. As Nationally Certified Massage Therapists here in Indianapolis and Carmel Indiana, my wife and I see a lot of patients looking for non-pharmaceutical methods of relieving pain and illness. This is one of the few products we endorse.

Unfortunately, headache is a complex set of diseases, and both triggers and treatments vary greatly.

I tried this product, and found that it instantly triggered a major migraine. Just to be sure that it was not another factor at work; I tried it again under totally benign conditions, with the same result.

This is not to say that others may not experience different, even exactly opposite results. That's the rub with homeopathic medications. The depth of testing is just not there to reliably predict a result. You roll the dice. In my case, they came up snake eyes. I wish others better luck.
