Will not cause rebound. Works every time. No drug interactions . No change in blood pressure. Relieves sinus pain very fast.

This works immediately! I have constant sinus problems and have even had several sinus surgeries. This is the only product that gives me such relief. There is a little burning, but compared to the sinus pain and pressure, it was nothing!

This product does (for me anyway) exactly what it claims to do. I've had sinus and allergy problems since I was a child and tried just about everything...congestion has been a chonic problem.

One spray in each nostril, morning and bedtime, has nearly eliminated any congestion at all. YES there is an uncomfortable burn that lasts 30 or so seconds, but for me that is a small price to pay for the ability to breathe easily.

I originally bought this product (through another link) because of the overall very favorable reviews... I also did a little research on the science behind the product. A recent study shows that it is an effective treatment (see [...]). If you're tired of Claritin and Pseudoephedrine and all the other nasal sprays that dry you out or give you nose bleeds then give this a try. I did and am happy to report that it has worked well. I bought one for my home and one for work. I usually only use a single spray in each nostril at a time and have used 1-3 applications a day. It is a heavy pollen count now and while others are suffering people started commenting, out of the blue... "What are you doing?" since I wasn't sneezing my head off and blowing my nose into Rudolph redness... like usual.

It DOES hurt... but not in any long-lasting way. If you've ever eaten Wasabi and gotten that head tingle... it's like that. Maybe more intense, but not much and like I said, it doesn't last long. The effects, however, seem quite long lasting. I have been waking up able to breathe and that is a first, in a long time, even with prescription and OTC meds.

~$11 isn't much to pay to find out whether you'll have the same great results but I'm sure glad that I took that chance!

I was looking for a natural solution to my nasal issues. This works somewhat. It clears sinuses but has no effect on swollen passages. Plus you really need to be able to handle the burn from the pepper content. Use to much and you will live to regret it. All in all not a bad buy.

I get hooked on Afrin but find it works well other than drying my nasal passages terribly. Sinus Buster does what it says it does! Immediately clears nasal passages. It can be difficult to stand at first, but is worth it. Doesn't work as long as Afrin but being homeopathic I don't have the concerns about additional doses. I can get hooked on Afrin pretty quickly, that is less and less time goes by before needing another dose. To get back to baseline I have to suffer for about 24 hours. No worries with Sinus Buster!

I had an intense sinus headache - the kind that would send me to bed if I didn't have 2 kids! Nothing was working and one nostril had been stuffy for days. I got home with the kids and decided to try this stuff that my husband had just found and purchased. I shook it up, shot one spray up each side of my nose and thought I was going to die! It hurt and I thought my head was going to explode, but by the time my eyes stopped watering my nose was clearing up. Within an hour my headache was almost gone. And I'm not talking a wimpy little headache - this was the kind I use a prescription pain pill to relieve. After about 2 hours I was feeling just a little pressure on the side of my nose that had been stuffed up all day so I did one more small squirt up that side of the nose - some pain, not as intense and a little watering eyes. When I went to bed my headache was gone and nose was clear. I woke in the morning to a clear nose and no pain!

I'm keeping it with me today just in case I need it. I would gladly endure a few seconds of intense burning in my nose for a day of relief! I'm stocking up on this stuff!!

Following surgery and numerous prescription medications to include sprays, pills and irrigations with saline/antibiotics/steroids, finally, I obtained relief with an over-the-counter homeopathic nasal spray. Granted, there is some initial discomfort for 30-60 seconds following the sprays, but it quickly dissipates and I actually felt relief rapidly. Also, the packaging states it is 100% natural and non-habit forming. The packaging also states it is a formula which is non-drowsy with no know drug interactions. I would recommend trying this product.

I've used sinus buster for about 10 days before giving up on it.

Pros:
-Does give some temporary congestion relief IF my nose is not completely closed off. For me, that relief only lasts 5 or 10 minutes.
-My nose feels funny when I spray it in, but there's not this horrific sting that I've seen others complain about. If your nose is that terribly stuffed up and IF this works for you, then the "sting" would be totally worth it.

Cons:
-Not as effective as advertised
-Does not come even close to relief provided by Afrin
-Alkolol (behind the pharmacy counter) works just as well, costs 1/3 the price, and would equate to about 5 bottles of sinus buster. Just pour the Alkalol into an empty nasal spray bottle and you have the same thing in my personal opinion.

I won't purchase this product again. It barely touched severe congestion for me.

After being dependent on nasal decongestant sprays for many, many years I decided to try this. After only two days and a total of only four sprays, I am completely off nasal sprays and the inflammation is gone. Not sure why this worked, but it did and it is wonderful to not be searching for the nasal spray. Well worth the price.
