Ugh... What seemed to be a good purchase at first turned out to be frustrating. After about 6 months of usage (and only very rarely battery-usage), the unit inexplicably decided that it would only last for 15 minutes. It would even report as being an hour or so, but then go from 85% to 2% all of a sudden.
Thankfully, the company sent a new one under warranty. I have yet to see if this one is any better.

Started out great but all of the sudden died and won't re-charge at all. I can't exactly remember when we purchased this from this seller, but it surely was less than a year ago, probably less than 6 months ago. Will get a true Dell batteries from now on. Not worth the "savings" if it won't last.
