This was a lot more economical than purchasing from Dell. So far so good!

The battery was a little difficult to install. One corner did not slide in easily. Proper alignment was checked and a little extra pressure is required to snap in. Once installed, the battery has worked great with at least 4-5 hours run time. No issues with charging or compatibility. I also run an external USB fan to aid in cooling my laptop. I would recommend it again, great price.

A quality battery at great price. Fast delivery. holding charge like original oem when it was new. Not possible to evaluate long term quality at this time.

As you will find this battery is almost half price of the products you could purchase from Dell. It replicates the orginial battery ( If not exactly the same), comes brand new in a package. I have had it for about 2 months and works well and the half life as far as I can say resembles the original. I certainly recommend it.

Do not waste your money on this battery. Out of the box it gives around 4 hours of life (though it often died when it said it had about 20 minutes left), and within 4 months its life had noticeably gone down. After six months, I literally could not unplug my laptop from the power source without it immediately dying. I don't know if mine was defective, but it is just a terrible product, especially after my last battery lasted almost 4 years and never even got this bad. Do yourself a favor and buy a high quality battery; probably cheaper in the long run anyway and not close to the hassle.
